Q1: Is the hair virgin unprocessed?

A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.

Q2. How many bundles should I take for a full head?

A: For average head size, we usually suggest:
If 8"-12", 2-3 bundles.
If 14"-20", 3-4 bundles.
If 22"-30", 4 bundles or more.

Q3. How long is the processing and shipment time?

A: Normal Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment arrive. It always takes about 2-6 days arrive. If customized order, we normally need 10-20 days to arrange and will ship out the package asap.

Q4: Can I dye it into other color and make other style?

A: Yes, our hair are 100% human hair can be dyed, bleached and permed. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. However, frequently dyed and permed will do harm on hair, even destroy hair. Please do not do this frequently. Also you had better do it with the help of professional hairstylist.

Q5: Can the hair be straighten and curled?

A: Yes! You could use hair straightener or hair curler to restyle our hair. But pls don’t use hot iron too frequently, or the hair will be easy to get dry and tangled.

Q6. How long does the hair last?

A: It depends on how you maintain it. Our hair always could last for at least 2 years. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it.

Q7: How do I know whether your hair is 100% virgin hair?

A: Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Synthetic hair smells foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

Q8. Will it shedding and tangle?

A: All of our hair are machine made double weft and it can keep the hair stronger. And our hair are full cuticle aligned and it could keep soft and silky. If you keep good care for hair, it could last for more than 2 years.
