    The hair is excellent and the shipping was so fast. Throughout the process Uglam was so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. As for the wig it was packaged very nicely. The hair did not have a bad smell and was super soft and silky. I have not experienced any shedding either.The wig comes with 4 clips and an adjustable strap as well which is great!

    The delivery is a little slow, but it is OK for me. Wig is gorgeous when i customize the hairline I will be back with more pictures with it on overall communication was great they always message me with updates I will order from them again

    The wig came pretty fast. In terms of the quality of hair, it seem pretty good to me but time will tell. But overall I love the wig, the density is perfect, definitely recommend. Plus it was pre plucked.

    This is my first wig I've bought from Uglam hair company , I was a bit nervous about ordering it but hair is absolutely beautiful. I thought it was going to be too thin but it's the right amount of thickness. It's true to length and the seller would reply to my messages very quickly

    A professional team with excellent customer service and professional manual packing is needed in Uglam Hair Company. Each aspect is completed by multi-inspection to offer most secure and beautiful packaging to make sure everything is perfect.

    We mainly use DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS express. Normal Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment arrive. It always takes about 2-6 days arrive. If customized order, we normally need 10-20 days to arrange and will ship out the package asap.
